Jan Hutař was the laureate of the Olga Havel Award 2008.

Jan Hutař was awarded the Olga Havel Award for his long-term legislative work for socially and physically handicapped people.

Jan Hutař is a lawyer, currently works as a director of the legislative branch at the National Council of Handicapped People of the Czech Republic. Regardless his handicap, Jan Hutař has been helping others, working in legislative field for handicapped people, and providing employment to handicapped people. 

The ceremonial was held on May 12 in Benediktin Abbey Na Slovanech.
