At the occasion of the Feast of Freedom and Democracy on November 17, we prepared a poster with Olga and Václav Havel.

The author of the picture is Ondřej Němec, a former photographer of Lidové noviny and a current collaborator of the Václav Havel Library. The graphic design was done by Pavlína Najfusová.

"This photo was taken in Hrádeček, when I was taking pictures of the interview with the President. Opposite to me at the table sat the one who was interviewed Václav Havel, and Mrs. Olga came to ask if we want coffee or water. I took a picture of her and she immediately followed: Don't take a picture of me, you're here because of Vašek."

You can order the poster in A2 format from Kateřina Kubínová at kubinova@vdv.cz for a voluntary contribution of at least 150 crowns.

Proceeds from the poster will be used to help people with disabilities.
