Photography Exhibition of Olga Havel

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the OHF establishment, the “Olga Havel and the Committee of Good Will Photography Exhibition” was launched. It met with a great public interest and it has been touring through museums, libraries, castles, and other exhibition areas in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for seven years already. The exhibition was prepared by the Committee of Good Will – Olga Havel Foundation with the aim to remind the public about Olga Havel, the establisher of the Foundation.

Thirty three photos placed on twenty six panels show the very beginnings of the Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation, Olga´s meetings with handicapped children and adults, and also with public figures like Princess Diana, actor Alain Delon or the Spanish Princess Kristyna. Other photos captured the atmosphere of the former psychiatric institutions and social care centres. The photos were taken by well-known photographers e.g. Ondřej Němec, Bohdan Holomíček, Přemysl Fialka, Gabriela Čapková, Zdeněk Chrapek and others.
